In 1915, in a small village of La Rioja, Gregorio had the idea of creating a pair of plimsolls. (That's the cool way the English say Mary Janes.)  He gave them his first love's name, his wife Victoria. And so a brand was born. The shoes are still made in Spain to this very day.
