Returns (In Store Customers)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase for exchange or store credit only
  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
  • Non-returnable items: sale items, special orders, preorders, presales, holiday & seasonal items (after the date of the holiday)
  • Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis in cases of defective or damaged items only

Returns (Online Customers) - Please initiate a return request on your online Village Child Account under Orders.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from date of delivery for store credit only. Store Credit will be issued via an emailed gift card.
  • Please note, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Village Child will send a prepaid return label and the shipping charge will be deducted from the final store credit amount. 
  • All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached 
  • Non-returnable items: sale items, special orders, preorders, presales, holiday & seasonal items  (after the date of the holiday)
  • Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis in cases of defective or damaged items only
  • Returns must be in the possession of Village Child within 7 days of your approved return & issuance of return label. Eligibility for store credit is void if item is not received within 7 days.
  • Please include a note in your return package with your order number and email address for store credit.
  • Once received and inspected, a Village Child Gift Card will be issued via email for the cost of the item less the cost of return shipping.
